Sold! Lakeland Industrial Warehouse - 22,278 SF

CBC Saunders Real Estate Realtors® Clay Taylor, ALC, and Darby Craddock recently closed a transaction for a 22,278 square foot industrial warehouse. Located at 2130 Interstate Drive in Lakeland, Florida, the warehouse, situated on 2.23 +/- acres, sold for $945,000 or $42.42 per sq. ft.
