The 163-acre Dundee, Florida grove was sold for $1,475,000. The seller was represented by Brian Beasley, CCA, CNLM and Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM.

A 67-acre grove located in Lake Wales, Florida was sold for $540,000. The buyer was represented by James F. Clements, ALC and the seller was represented by Richard Dempsey, ALC.

The citrus industry continues to face adversity from a variety of sources, however fruit prices have increased over the past several seasons, and the expectation is that they will remain at or above current levels for some time.
