An additional venture for Dean Saunders is announced! Along with the CBC Saunders Real Estate land brokerage, a new approach to commercial real estate becomes a reality in the formation of this Central Florida real estate firm, Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler, LLC. The property, located in Frostproof, FL is near the Frostproof High School and is an excellent site for a variety of uses.
The Zoffay Grove Company sold the property to Family Life Ministries of Frostproof for $70,000. Family Life Ministries will use the property to build a church facility.
