Greg Smith Appointed as Chair of the Commercial & Industrial Division of the Lakeland Association of Realtors®

Greg Smith, Realtor® and sales associate with CBCSRE’s sister company, Coldwell Banker Commercial SAUNDERS RALSTON DANTZLER REALTY in Lakeland, FL, has recently been appointed chairman of the Lakeland Association ofRealtors® (LAR) CID group for the 2012 one-year term.  

The Commercial Industrial Division (CID) of LAR is a networking and business knowledge exchange based upon the expertise of commercial real estate professionals. The group includes business building and career-growth opportunities, such as monthly speakers, weekly pitch sessions, networking, and professional education.

Greg is the multi-family and mobile home specialist at Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Realty, LLC. He attended Central Florida Community College in business administration. After a successful 19-year automotive career in sales and finance, Greg cofounded ADJS Properties, LLC, a small commercial real estate investment company, where he is managing partner. Richard Dempsey, ALC Awarded Realtor® of the Year By the Lakeland Association of Realtors®

Awarded the Realtor® of the Year by the Lakeland Association ofRealtors® (LAR), was Richard Dempsey, ALC, Realtor®, and sales associate atColdwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) in Lakeland, FL..

The highest honor given to any LAR member, the Realtor® of the Year award recognizes members who are active in the association and enhance the profession through service and integrity. They must be faithful to laws and regulations, and the Realtor® Code of Ethics. Richard Dempsey has given years of service to the association and is the Immediate Past President of LAR and the current chairman of the RPAC Committee. He is also the incoming Florida Realtors® District 10 Vice President. Richard serves as the Federal Political Coordinator for U.S. Congressman Dennis Ross.

At the 2011 LAR annual Installation & Awards Banquet held in December 2011, the award was bestowed upon two outstanding Realtor® members, Richard Dempsey and Matt Ruthven.

Sold: Myakka City Ranch Sells for Sells for $1.255 MM

A recent closing of the 349.23 +/- acre ranch property in Myakka City, sold for
