The Verandas of Winter Park is located at 200 E. Canton Ave. in Winter Park, Florida. The Villa Palms Apartments are located at 13801,13811, 13911 N 19th in Tampa, Florida. There are eight 1-story buildings and four 2-story buildings that include 68 apartment units. There are 24 2-bedroom apartments and 44 1-bedroom apartments. The property sold for $650,000 and was co-transacted by Gary Ralston and Greg Smith, both of CBC Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty.

The property, located in Frostproof, FL is near the Frostproof High School and is an excellent site for a variety of uses.

The Zoffay Grove Company sold the property to Family Life Ministries of Frostproof for $70,000. Family Life Ministries will use the property to build a church facility.

Lakeland’s Florida Department of Citrus Building, Polk County Landmark, Sells for $1.2 Mil by CBC Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty

Polk County’s landmark Florida Department of Citrus building sells to TLC Family Church, Inc. by Coldwell Banker Commercial SAUNDERS RALSTON DANTZER REALTY of Lakeland, FL. The Lakeland building sold for $1,275,000 by Kyle Vreeland, Realtor® and sales associate, who handled the deal.

The Florida Department of Citrus building was built in the 1950s. Over the years, the building became a recognized landmark on East Memorial Blvd. in Lakeland, FL, and served the citrus industry for the entire state for over 50 years at that location. In February 2010, the department moved to newer quarters at the Bob Crawford Agriculture Center in Bartow, where it continues to serve the Florida citrus industry today.

For the TLC Family Church, the facility amenities will be a good fit for continued growth of the congregation. Move-in date is not yet set, pending improvements underway.
