Todd has been involved in East Polk County real estate for over 28 years and has served the Florida Realtors® many years in a variety of leadership positions. In 2000, he was elected president of the Florida Realtors® as the youngest president in the history of the association.

Dantzler is well-known in East Polk County and is considered an authority on commercial properties and land use in the Lakeland-Winter Haven metro and surrounding areas. He specializes in commercial properties, investment properties, and commercial leasing. 

Among the many leadership positions in service to a variety of community and real estate organizations, in 2010, Todd was elected to the Polk County Board of County Commissioners. As a sitting County Commissioner, he also serves on the Finance Committee, the Central Florida Regional Planning Council, the Community Relations Advisory Council, the Heartland Vision Committee, the Polk Transit Authority, the Polk Transportation Planning Organization and the Central Florida Metropolitan Planning Organization Alliance.

Florida’s Top Land Brokerage, CBC Saunders Real Estate Named to “America’s Best Brokerages” 2011 List

The “America’s Best Brokerages” 2011 list by The Land Report includes Coldwell BankerCommercial Saunders Real Estate of Lakeland, FL for the second year in a row, along with 73 land brokerage firms nationwide that represent the best from across America. In the Southeast’s 12-state region, CBC Saunders Real Estate was one of only 16 land brokers in the region selected for the list.

The $107 MM year-end for the firm was highlighted by the $24 MM transaction for the Fisheating Creek conservation easement, brokered by Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM. The 14 seasoned land professionals, many with specialty credentials, cover the state of Florida and are authorities on Florida land of all types.

Awarded the Realtor® of the Year by the Lakeland Association ofRealtors® (LAR), was Richard Dempsey, ALC, Realtor®, and sales associate atColdwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) in Lakeland, FL..

The highest honor given to any LAR member, the Realtor® of the Year award recognizes members who are active in the association and enhance the profession through service and integrity. They must be faithful to laws and regulations, and the Realtor® Code of Ethics. Richard Dempsey has given years of service to the association and is the Immediate Past President of LAR and the current chairman of the RPAC Committee. He is also the incoming Florida Realtors® District 10 Vice President. Richard serves as the Federal Political Coordinator for U.S. Congressman Dennis Ross.

At the 2011 LAR annual Installation & Awards Banquet held in December 2011, the award was bestowed upon two outstanding Realtor® members, Richard Dempsey and Matt Ruthven.

Dempsey specializes in land, large acreage tracts, citrus groves, and development properties.

The Land Report Magazine is known as "The Magazine of the American Landowner” and is a valuable information publication for anyone owning and managing land. The publication includes breathtaking photos of ranches and acreages across the country.
