Chad Kennedy Joins CBC Saunders Real Estate

Chad Kennedy recently joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate as a Licensed Real Estate Associate. He comes from a native Florida family and is an 8^th generation Floridian. 

Chad joins a team of land real estate professionals who provide land real estate services across the state and who earn top industry recognition each year for sales and customer service. Chad specializes in land of all types; agriculture, recreational, hunting, ranches, groves, and vacant land. Along with listing and selling properties for clients, he is involved with GIS mapping, property 360 degree photography, and project coordination.

Chad is currently working on a college degree in business and has experience with stock market investments personally. He previously owned and managed an outdoor gear ecommerce retail business. With an interest in politics he likes to write and has written and published articles on the Web. Chad resides in Lakeland, Florida.

Trent Saunders Joins Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate

Trent Saunders recently joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate as a Licensed Real Estate Associate and Realtor®. He is a 7^th generation Floridian and comes from a family with long-time ties to Florida agriculture, citrus, and the real estate industry. Trent joins a team of land real estate professionals who provide land real estate services across the state and who earn top industry recognition each year for sales and customer service.

Trent specializes in agricultural land, recreational land, and large acreage properties. Along with listing properties for clients, he is involved with GIS mapping, property signage, property photography, and project coordination.

Previously, Trent managed two small service businesses during school years. Work experiences as a ranch hand and assisting with jobs for Saunders Real Estate for years has given him a good foundation to work effectively with clients today. 

He is pursuing a degree in business and is a member of the Lakeland Association of Realtors®.
