The warehouse was purchased by Pace, Inc., a wholesale distributor of commercial lawn-care products, for the company to expand operations from a smaller property on Ventura Drive in Lakeland. Pace, Inc. is based in Plymouth, Michigan and distributes products to the Midwest, the West Coast, and Southeastern U.S.
