Trent Saunders recently joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate as a Licensed Real Estate Associate and Realtor®. He is a 7th generation Floridian and comes from a family with long-time ties to Florida agriculture, citrus, and the real estate industry. Trent joins a team of land real estate professionals who provide land real estate services across the state and who earn top industry recognition each year for sales and customer service.

Trent specializes in agricultural land, recreational land, and large acreage properties. Along with listing properties for clients, he is involved with GIS mapping, property signage, property photography, and project coordination.
Previously, Trent managed two small service businesses during school years. Work experiences as a ranch hand and assisting with jobs for Saunders Real Estate for years has given him a good foundation to work effectively with clients today.
He is pursuing a degree in business and is a member of the Lakeland Association of Realtors®.
