Sold for Over $2M! 170-Acre Lakeland Florida Hunting Estate Property Sold by CBC Saunders Real Estate

Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate announces the recent sale of a 170-acre Hunting Estate property located in North Lakeland, Florida.

The seller is Bobby Moore and the buyer is Bruce McMahan. The property sold for $2,250,000 and was on the market for approximately 18 months.

The deal was put together by CBC Saunders Real Estate‘s Clay Taylor, ALC and David Hitchcock, both representing the seller. The buyer was represented by Ninoska Fabbri of Island Insiders.

The property is known as a great hunting site and has an abundance of wild turkey and deer. There are five food plots and five hunting houses with roofs for the hunter sportsman.

The estate includes a 2005 builder’s custom 5-bedroom, 7,560 SF executive home with 3-car garage, 4 acres of pasture, and the rest in wooded acres. The home offers a plethora of upscale amenities, such as hand carved fireplace, two laundry rooms, seven bathrooms, game room, bars, and more. All furniture was included in the sale.
