 An additional venture for Dean Saunders is announced! Along with the CBC Saunders Real Estate land brokerage, a new approach to commercial real estate becomes a reality in the formation of this Central Florida real estate firm, Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler, LLC. The company brings to Polk County an approach that is consistent with classic real estate feasibility in commercial real estate and unites three of Central Florida’s power brokers.

Gary Ralston, SIOR, CPM, CRE, SCLS, (retail and commercial real estate authority in Central Florida); R. Todd Dantzler, CCIM, County Commissioner (commercial property and land use expertise in Polk County and Central Florida); and Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM (former Florida legislator, land and conservation easement authority), offer clients a comprehensive range of real estate services based upon their unique contributions to the real estate industry.
