The South Florida 112 +/- acre row crop farm and vegetable packing property recently sold for $3.075 Million by ColdwellBanker Commercial Saunders Real Estate. The farm is located in the fertile Ag Reserve area of Unincorporated Palm Beach County and was a bank-owned property. The CBCSRE licensed real estate sales associate who handled the deal was David Goodlett.
The farm boasts approximately 100 acres of vegetable farm (pepper and tomatoes), along with additional workshops, covered entrance areas, sheds, shop bays, and storage buildings. The REO property was a sound investment due to the fertile agricultural location.
