Greg Smith, Realtor® and sales associate with CBCSRE’s sister company, Coldwell Banker Commercial SAUNDERS RALSTON DANTZLER REALTY in Lakeland, FL, has recently been appointed chairman of the Lakeland Association ofRealtors® (LAR) CID group for the 2012 one-year term.
The Commercial Industrial Division (CID) of LAR is a networking and business knowledge exchange based upon the expertise of commercial real estate professionals. The group includes business building and career-growth opportunities, such as monthly speakers, weekly pitch sessions, networking, and professional education.
Greg is the multi-family and mobile home specialist at Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Realty, LLC. He attended Central Florida Community College in business administration. After a successful 19-year automotive career in sales and finance, Greg cofounded ADJS Properties, LLC, a small commercial real estate investment company, where he is managing partner. He is currently a member of the Lakeland Association of Realtors®, Florida Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. He is a member of the Lakeland Christina Rotary Club in Lakeland, Florida.
