Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate looks forward to 2012 after announcing the year-end total gross dollar transactions for 2011, The $107.2 MM year-end gross dollars represent 79 transactions, of which 95% were land properties. A total of 22,771 acres were sold by CBCSRE real estate brokers and agents in 2011.
