Dr. James Farrell, assistant professor of economics and finance at Florida Southern College was the key speaker at the February Commercial Industrial Division (CID) monthly meeting in Lakeland Florida. The CID is an arm of the Lakeland Association of Realtors® for member commercial Realtors®.

Coldwell Banker Commercial SAUNDERS RALSTON DANTZLER REALTY (CBCSRD), a sister company to Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate in Lakeland, FL, was the February luncheon meeting sponsor. “The lunch, speaker, and promotion of the event were sponsored by CBCSRD and the event experienced the largest attendance in several years,” said the 2012 Chairman of CID, Greg Smith, who is a sales associate with CBC Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty, the sponsoring company.
To highlight one of CBCSRD’s premier listings, the luncheon was held at the former Watkins Motor Lines/FedEx building in north Lakeland. This campus served dual purpose as the event venue and as a listing preview and tour for attendees.
