Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, and owner broker of CBC Saunders Real Estate in Lakeland, Florida, will be a guest panelist at the Florida Realtors® 2012 Real Estate and Economic Forecast Conference in Orlando.
The conference will be held this coming Tuesday, Dec. 6, from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Florida Realtors® headquarters, 7025 Augusta National Drive, Orlando, FL 32822.Speakers will be expert economic forecasters and a panel of Florida real estate professionals, who will discuss the outlook for several sectors of the real estate market in Florida. Saunders will be speaking on the market for land and undeveloped property.
