It has an unprecedented 1.5 +/- miles of contiguous lake frontage, an interior road system, DOT-approved grass airstrip, and access to the St. Johns River waterway that flows into the Atlantic Ocean. 
The unique mix of natural features offered by this property was on the market for a little over a year. The property was also co-brokered with the Charles Skinner Company.
