Sold: Farm & Ranch in Manatee County: 1680 +/- Acres Close for Nearly $6 Mil by CBC Saunders Real Estate

A large ranch and farm property in Manatee County recently closed by CBC Saunders Real Estate. The ranch, 1679.8 +/- acres, sold for $5,879,300 and the CBCSRE licensed real estate sales associate who handled the deal was Benjamin Gibson.

The ranch today is used for several operations for farming, cattle, and recreation and will continue those uses by the new owners.

The property includes 558 +/- net acres of permitted farmland with an additional 181 +/- acres of bedded citrus land. There is natural water on the site that includes ponds and a creek. 

The ranch property is a highly improved farming operation that includes two homes, guest house, horse barn with tack room, cow pens, and a 22,000 SF packinghouse and is located east of Myakka City in eastern Manatee County.
